Epic Games has opened the door for players to return all in-game cosmetics associated with the artist D4vd. This decision was made following community reactions to serious allegations faced by the singer. If you own these cosmetics and want to request Fortnite D4vd returns after the recent allegations, here’s how you can do it.
How to Get Fortnite D4vd Returns?
If you purchased D4vd cosmetics from the Fortnite Store, you can request your returns through the Return or Purchase Cancellation option in the in-game settings menu. Here are the steps you can follow for the return process:
- Launch Fortnite and click on the character icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on the gear icon to open the settings menu.
- Go to the Account and Privacy section on the far right of the menu.
- Select the Return or Purchase Cancellation option.
- Find the D4vd cosmetics in your purchase list.
- Since the D4vd cosmetics are marked for a special return, you should see the option to return them for the full amount of Fortnite V-Bucks, and you will not consume a ticket for this process.

Click on your profile icon.
Go to the settings section.
Go to the Account and Privacy section.
Select the Return or Purchase Cancellation option.
This process should allow you to return your Fortnite D4vd cosmetics instantly. However, if you do not see the self-service option for any reason and want to initiate the process immediately, you can also contact Epic Games Support. Here’s what you need to do:
- Visit the Epic Games Support website.
- Log in to your Epic account and select Fortnite.
- Submit a request stating "D4vd Cosmetic Return."
- Support representatives are authorized to manually process these requests.
Which Fortnite D4vd Products Are Eligible for Return?
The return policy applies to all cosmetics released under the D4vd collaboration and includes Jam Tracks or Fortnite Moments. This means the following cosmetics are included:
- Feel It emote
- Trophy Drop emote
- Locked & Loaded jam track
- What Are You Waiting For jam track
It is unclear whether products purchased as part of the D4vd locked pack are eligible for return. The reason for this is that although the artist's name is added to the pack, it also includes non-exclusive items like the Camille skin.
Currently, Epic Games has not confirmed whether these products will be permanently removed from Fortnite files. At this time, the return is optional, meaning that players who prefer not to return can continue to keep these products in their lockers along with other Fortnite skins and cosmetics. However, given the seriousness of the allegations, it is unlikely that these products will be part of the Store cycle in the future.
