It seems that Epic Games is trying to bring a new chef to the Battle Royale kitchen, as new leaks have emerged regarding the Fortnite Ratatouille collaboration. Ratatouille needs no introduction, and players may soon see the iconic characters from the beloved Pixar film battling for a Victory Royale. Here’s what we know so far.

Leaks Suggest Ratatouille Collaboration is Coming to Both Fortnite and Rocket League

According to leaks by prominent data miner SamLeakss, the Fortnite Ratatouille collaboration is currently in development and will be released in Chapter 7, Season 2. This news has not yet been confirmed by Epic. However, if the collaboration happens, players may see Alfredo Linguini with his own costume on the Battle Royale island.

In addition to the Linguini costume, it is possible that players can expect Remy to be part of the crossover as well. Since Remy is a rat, it would be difficult to design him as a costume, so he will likely be transformed into a Side Character that follows players during matches in Fortnite. Another exciting possibility for the collaboration could be a reactive costume for Linguini; in this costume, the little chef Remy could be placed under Linguini's chef hat.

Additionally, the leaks indicate that the Fortnite Ratatouille collaboration will not be limited to the Battle Royale island, as players will also see the crossover in Rocket League. This could hint at other cosmetics we might see in both games; for example, a Ratatouille-themed vehicle that could be available for purchase in the Item Shop or unlocked for free like the free Havoc vehicle in Fortnite.

Similar to Toy Story costumes, this potential collaboration could be another step in the long-standing partnership between Fortnite and Disney. As Epic continues to work on the Disney extraction shooter and other elements of the partnership, it will be interesting to see how the developers incorporate this beloved film into the Fortnite universe.
