Embark Studios has added a lot of content with the new Riven Tides update, and the Powered Descender is one of the most useful additions. As the name suggests, this new item allows you to descend slowly from heights that could otherwise be fatal. Here’s everything you need to know about how to obtain the ARC Raiders Powered Descender blueprint.
Where to Find the Powered Descender Blueprint in ARC Raiders
You can find the Powered Descender Blueprint in chests on any ARC Raiders map. Like all other ARC Raiders blueprints, this blueprint does not have a fixed drop point in the game. This means you need to explore and search as many containers as possible to increase your chances of obtaining this blueprint.
Although the blueprint has a chance to appear in general loot pools, many players indicate that the Riven Tides map is currently a hot spot for this blueprint. You can search for Raider Containers and Commercial Locks for the Powered Descender. Also, don’t forget to search in areas marked in yellow or red on your map; these high-value zones have a higher blueprint drop rate compared to standard areas.
You can also go on a raid during a Night Invasion to find the Powered Descender blueprint. This specific ARC Raiders map condition doubles your chances of finding blueprints.
How to Craft the Powered Descender in ARC Raiders
After successfully extracting the Powered Descender Blueprint, you will unlock the ability to craft this utility item in ARC Raiders if you have the necessary materials. You can now go to your Utility Station in Speranza and use the following materials to craft the Powered Descender:
- 1x Power Bar
- 1x Turbine Compressor
