Despite many changes, Aphelion remains one of the most sought-after weapons in ARC Raiders thanks to its two-shot burst mode and armor-piercing capabilities. Since the 1.7.0 update in December 2025, there has been some confusion about how players can obtain the Arc Raiders Aphelion blueprint. Are you wondering the same thing? Here’s how you can acquire the powerful blueprint.

Where to Find the Aphelion Blueprint in Arc Raiders

You can find the Aphelion blueprint on the Stella Montis map in Arc Raiders. Initially, the blueprint could only be obtained by defeating the Matriarch boss. Now, however, Embark has moved the blueprint to random loot drops like other blueprints in the game.

Since it is a random drop, there is no guaranteed way to obtain the Aphelion blueprint. However, you can explore the following locations to increase your chances of acquiring this item:

  • Cultural Archives
  • Medical Research
  • Control Room

Additionally, you can deploy in the Night Invasion map condition to increase your chances of finding the Aphelion blueprint. Night Invasions double the spawn rate of blueprints on any map they are active, significantly increasing your chances of finding the Aphelion. This may take a few tries in Stella Montis, but at least the blueprint is no longer locked behind one of the toughest ARC enemies in the game.

How to Craft Aphelion in Arc Raiders

Finally, after obtaining the Aphelion blueprint in ARC Raiders, you can craft it. Go to a workbench to interact with the blueprint and use the “Learn and Consume” option. This will permanently unlock the Aphelion crafting recipe in your crafting menu.

For a standard Aphelion crafting recipe, you will need the following resources:

  • 3x Complex Weapon Parts
  • 3x Magnetic Accelerators
  • 1x Matriarch Reactor

Keep in mind that you will need a level 3 Weapons Master workbench to craft the Aphelion. If your Weapons Master is not sufficiently upgraded, check out our Arc Raiders Workbench Upgrade Guide to learn what you need to do.
