Upcoming characters for Wuthering Waves were confirmed in the Version 3.3 live stream. Hiyuki will be the new 5-star character in Stage 1, along with Mornye and Iuno. Wuthering Waves Standard Posters (Ongoing)

Similar to Genshin Impact posters, Wuthering Waves also has a standard or ongoing poster where you can wish for characters or weapons using Lustrous Tide. The character poster gives a random 5-star permanent character every 80 draws and a 4-star every 10 draws; this is similar to the normal pity system. Meanwhile, the Weapon Permanent Convene has a targeted pity system and guarantees your chosen weapon in 80 draws.

Moreover, new players can receive a guaranteed 5-star standard character from the Starter Selection Convene in 80 draws and a random 5-star standard character from the Novice Convene in 50 draws. All 4-star characters and weapons in the game are included in this poster, except for the 5-stars we listed below:

Wuthering Waves characters and weapons can be obtained using Radiant Tides, Lustrous Tides, or Astrit. Radiant Tides can be used to obtain limited-time characters, while Lustrous Tides are used for standard poster characters. Additionally, you can sometimes receive free characters from special events.

Players can get a 5-star character in Wuthering Waves in 80 pulls. A 5-star character is guaranteed on the 80th pull, but the maximum pity increases this chance from the 70th pull to 80.

When you reach 80 pity levels, your chance of obtaining a limited-time character or a standard character is 50%. However, after losing the 50% chance and obtaining a standard character, the next limited character is guaranteed. On the other hand, the weapon you choose is guaranteed in 80 pulls or before, and there are no 50% chances during this process.
